WELCOME TO PORT MOODY LAW GROUP
As a client of Port Moody Law Group, you’re getting more than professional representation.
Our boutique style law firm offers personalized services with a hands-on approach. We focus exclusively on ICBC Personal Injury claims, and have been successfully representing our clients since 1998.
We do not get paid unless you win
Whether you were injured as a driver, passenger, cyclist, or pedestrian in British Columbia, you may be entitled to compensation from ICBC.
Under Part 7 of the Insurance (Vehicle) Act Regulation, those who are injured in a motor vehicle accident may be entitled to medical and rehabilitation benefits, wage loss for total disability, death benefits, and more. In addition, you may be entitled to claim non-pecuniary damages for your pain and suffering if you have been injured due to the negligence of another motorist.
In attempt to minimize costs and save money, other parties often take advantage of claimants during their most vulnerable times by limiting their benefits and offering extremely low settlement amounts in order to quickly conclude a claim.

Let us speak for you
Being involved in a motor vehicle accident at no fault of your own is stressful enough. Between taking time off work to visiting doctors' offices, the last thing you need is to be bothered by endless e-mails, phone calls, and letters from your insurance company, doubting your injuries and pushing for settlement.
Upon hiring Port Moody Law Group, we will immediately contact ICBC to revoke any permission they have to contact you or your family. ICBC will no longer be authorized to obtain medical records from your doctors unless it goes through us first. Our discussions are always private and confidential. Let us speak for you so you can focus on getting better.
You are not alone
At Port Moody Law Group, our number one priority is ensuring that our clients receive proper medical attention in order to recover with as little consequence as possible. Whether you are suffering from physical injuries or emotional trauma, we have access to an extensive list of local, experienced therapists and specialists who can assess your injuries and provide proper medical care.
In order to win a personal injury case, evidence is crucial. An experienced specialist is be able to provide supporting medical evidence on your behalf to maximize compensation. During your recovery, Port Moody Law Group will fight to recover expenses incurred from treatments, medication, and lost wages in order to reduce your financial burden
Our team will work closely with you to provide updates and options through every stage of the legal process. We will advise you when it is in your best interest to conclude your claim and we will gather all of the facts and evidence required to fight for a fair compensation.
While most ICBC claims are settled outside of court, not all of them receive the fair compensation they deserve. In the event that you do not receive a fair compensation, we are always confident and prepared to go to trial to seek fair judgement.
With our risk-free contingency billing, we do not charge any upfront retainer fees. Our legal fee is a percentage of your settlement amount and will not be payable unless you win. This puts us on the same team and gives us a reason to fight harder for maximum compensation.
The Experienced Choice
As a boutique style law firm, an integral part of our services is to work closely with our clients so that they can make the right decisions with respect to their legal needs.
When you hire a large corporate company to manage your case, your file is constantly being transferred around by different teams of lawyers, paralegals, and assistants whom you may have never even met before. As a result, communication is lost, information is often misinterpreted, and your case may not receive the amount of attention it deserves. While large corporate companies focus on creating fancy advertisements on newspapers and public transportation to gain more clients, we focus on delivering real results for our existing clients behind closed doors.
Centrally located in the heart of Port Moody, our team is familiar with all surrounding cities and landmarks, making it easy for us to understand the facts and details of your motor vehicle accident.
Expertise. Intuition. Ingenuity.
